A Runway Transformed
The Edison Ballroom was transformed into an immersive fashion environment with a dramatic forest-inspired production design. Trees, foliage, lighting and vivid LED imagery created an enchanting setting that changed with the personality of each collection.
The scenic elements complemented the clothing while allowing the designers’ creations to remain the focus. From colorful children’s collections to sleek menswear and elegant couture, every runway presentation became its own visual story.
Behind the scenes, the production team, dressers, hair and makeup professionals, technical crew, photographers, videographers, volunteers, and interns worked continuously to bring each presentation to life. Their talent and dedication helped create the polished experience seen by guests in the ballroom and audiences around the world.
Music and Live Entertainment Energize the Ballroom
International DJ Regina Tompros kept the energy flowing throughout Season 16, creating the perfect musical atmosphere for the runway and engaging guests between presentations.
Singer and performer Alexandra Starr brought another level of excitement to the hiTechMODA stage. After appearing at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Festival at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Alexandra arrived in New York City and delivered a dynamic live performance during Season 16. Live dancers and additional entertainers added movement, emotion, and theatrical energy to the production, proving that fashion can be experienced through music, dance, and performance as well as clothing.

Pageantry Meets Fashion
Season 16 also celebrated the powerful relationship between fashion and pageantry. Miss Multicultural USA 2026 Sarah Ortiz joined hiTechMODA CEO and founder Pamela Privette as a host, bringing confidence, elegance, and an inspiring presence to the stage.
Miss Oklahoma USA Annamaria Thomas also participated in the special pageant segment, helping spotlight the accomplishments, leadership, and community work of modern titleholders.
At hiTechMODA, pageant women are recognized not simply for the crowns they wear, but for their intelligence, service, professionalism and ability to use their platforms to create meaningful change.
Sponsors and Partners Help Bring the Vision to Life
Season 16 was strengthened by the support of its sponsors, media partners and participating businesses.
Amazing Fashion Magazine joined the production as an official sponsor, supporting hiTechMODA’s mission of expanding visibility for designers, models and creative professionals.
Michael Saburro of Leafdrop also supported the Season 16 experience as a beverage sponsor, offering guests another opportunity to connect, relax and enjoy the atmosphere surrounding the runway presentations.
The Hotel Edison Fashion Pop-Up Market extended the celebration beyond the ballroom. Located steps away in the Hotel Edison lobby, the two-day market welcomed the public and provided participating designers and brands with an additional opportunity to display and sell their products during New York Fashion Week.
hiTechMODA is deeply grateful to every sponsor, partner, and vendor whose support helped make Season 16 possible.
Season 16 Captured by Getty Images
The excitement of Season 16 was documented through extensive Getty Images editorial coverage. Numerous designer collections received individual galleries within Getty’s September 2026 New York Fashion Week collection, giving the designers, models, hosts, and production worldwide media visibility.
The Getty coverage captured unforgettable runway moments, designer finales, live entertainment, and images of Pamela Privette and Sarah Ortiz hosting the production.
For independent and international designers, this level of professional documentation creates opportunities that extend far beyond the runway. The images become part of the designer’s story, press portfolio, and continuing journey into the global fashion industry.
More Than a Fashion Show
What made Season 16 special was not one single collection, performance, or runway moment. It was the coming together of creative people from different countries, cultures, backgrounds, and stages of their careers.
Designers shared their visions. Models brought those visions to life. Performers energized the audience. Sponsors supported the experience. The production team transformed an empty ballroom into a fashion destination, while photographers and media professionals carried the story beyond Times Square.
hiTechMODA Season 16 represented opportunity, inclusion, collaboration, and the courage to step onto an international stage.
To every designer, model, sponsor, performer, titleholder, photographer, videographer, volunteer, intern, crew member, and guest—thank you for helping make New York Fashion Week Season 16 an extraordinary success.
The runway may have ended, but the journey continues.
Next stops: Milan, Paris, Tokyo, and beyond.
